Karim earned his double bachelor degrees from University of Houston, Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. His hospitality industry background spanned over 20 years in many different capacities, his longest tenure was at St. Regis hotel for 13 years, formerly The Ritz-Carlton, formerly the Remington Hot

His hospitality industry background spanned over 20 years in many different capacities, his longest tenure was at St. Regis hotel for 13 years, formerly The Ritz-Carlton, formerly the Remington Hotel. Followed by his tenure at The Standard Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles as General Manager.
He has actively owned, restored, flipped real estate for over 20 years in both residential and commercial properties. As a Licensed Broker, Karim offers clients personal service, deep knowledge and experience necessary to navigate the process to buy or sell, invest, construct and manage their property investment.
Karim’s deep hotel experience is complemented by an entrepreneurial background as a Texas Real Estate Broker which allows him a broader in-depth understanding of asset acquisition and management.

Dennis, a builder and designer in his own right, is licensed since 2002 and holds tenure at Imperial Properties. He studied architecture at the University of Houston and photography at Sam Houston University. In his spare time, Dennis works as a professional photographer and has made contributions to the San Francisco Museum of Fine Arts
Dennis, a builder and designer in his own right, is licensed since 2002 and holds tenure at Imperial Properties. He studied architecture at the University of Houston and photography at Sam Houston University. In his spare time, Dennis works as a professional photographer and has made contributions to the San Francisco Museum of Fine Arts, NASA, and the Museum of Fine Arts of Houston among others. An example of his work is on display in downtown Houston, at the Center Point Energy Plaza - a mural which strategically showcases photographs shot from outer space and Dennis’ own photographs of Big Bend National Park.
In 2000 he began developing real estate and is currently a designer and builder producing both residential and commercial projects. He has worked with Minute Maid and the Houston Astros designing and building projects at Minute Maid Stadium and “The Jimmy Wynn Training Facility” at Houston’s Sylvester Turner Park. His keen eye for aesthetics and experience working in the upper echelon of Houston make him an invaluable asset to our team.

In 1998, Nadia Wassef was inspired to form Imperial Properties as a result of her firsthand experience of buying property. It was an impersonal and disappointing process through agents who lacked basic skills and professionalism. Nadia knew instinctively that purchasing property should be a positive experience with a realtor that should inspire confidence through their knowledge of the market while providing personalized service to their client in what can be a stressful process.
